The veritas invisible nailer countersinks nails invisibly. Invisible nailer, a specialized small plane, raises a small shaving which is glued down again after installing a small screw or nail in wood under it. No fillers needed. Original wood hides the nail or screw. Clamps a specially designed 1/4" chisel (with gouge-shaped edges to avoid side tear-out) at a 15°. Projection from the sole regulates the thickness of the shaving. A small container of fish glue included. Ideal because of its high initial tack and ease of clean-up with a damp cloth. Non-marring stainless steel, solid brass lever cap and bolt. High carbon steel chisel with a hardwood handle. |
